Reiki promotes stress reduction, restores the body and helps with relaxation. Reiki is known to improve quality of life physically, mentally and spiritually by creating space for warmth and nurishment.

Reiki moves through time and space. Distant healings are as powerful as personal healings. Distant Reiki healing is for you if you are in need of loving energetic support from a distance, or know someone in need of recharging their energy field from afar.
Reiki I Workshop Online
In Reiki I Workshop students learn about the history of Reiki, subtle body and subtle energy, how to self Reiki, Reiki plants, animals, babies and children. This is a practice that complements everything in life that anyone can do.
I love teaching Reiki and its loving ability to bring compassion and care into everyday life. This class is 2.5hr each day via zoom. We end class with a relaxing guided Restorative Reiki pose.
Reiki II Workshop Online
In this course, Reiki II students learn how to give Distant Reiki and learn Reiki symbols.
In Reiki II you will learn about the ancient Reiki symbols of mental, emotional, physical and distant healing and clearing.
We will be gathering on zoom. I will send link when you sign up.
Reiki III/Master Workshop Online
Reiki Master students learn the last symbol of spiritual healing, passing attunements to others and how to attune and create Reiki water.
At this stage the Reiki Master will also learn about Reiki business development.
